Combining sat signal down freeview lead

Hi guys

I have an aerial that has a masthead amp with four outputs with a cable running from each output to four rooms in the house. My sat signal runs into just the lounge.

Is there a way I can use the existing aerial cables to run the sat signal into the other rooms? I dont want to run another three sets of long cable runs to carry the sat.

To add satellite RF/sky channel, then a two way combiner/splitter/channel pass filter feeding the pre-amplifier would provide satellite RF signals to connected points. This will require a cable run from receiver to pre-amplifier. If you have easy access to the amplifier in loft etc (as some mast amps are placed here), then you could go distribution with IR pass route.

If your asking regarding satellite distribution at IF (intermediate frequency), then you can combine the raw satellite signals using satellite/UHF combiners assuming you have spare satellite outputs from the dish.
 
If you're hoping to run four satellite receivers then it won't work as they would all conflict with each other. You need either a separate feed from a quad LNB (4 outputs) to each room or to invest in a quattro LNB and a multiswitch to combine satellite and TV signals down a single wire.
 
A diplexer can be fitted to each cable run after the amp, to which can be input 4 feeds from a quad LNB, with a single cable to each room. But, check that the cable is suitable.

Don't forget that you'll need a quad LNB at least.
