I am new this satelite stuff but I have managed to install my compaq sl65 and motorised 80cm dish. I have a little fine tunning to do but I have most of the birds in view.
Is there any way to patch this thing to decrypt channels?. If not is it worth spending a hundred squids on a technomate box?

You mean the Comag SL65?

do a search for comag on this forum (search box above) and you will find a link to bring you to a comag forum that has the patch and any info on the comag you require.
