Complete newbie help with CCCam or NewCamd

Hi I am a complete newbie to dreambox but really want to get it to work.

I have put a gemini image on the box and managed to put both CCCam and Newcamd on via the blue button, but how do i go about opening the channels?

i'm stuck and could do with some clear instructions

How do you go about opening WHICH channels???

Most pay tv services are totally secure these days so unless you have a subscription you will just sit there looking at a blank screen.
