Config File for JSC (Irdeto)

Hi,
I have a Dreambox DM500S running CCcam. And an activated JSC card. The card will not work in my Dream box (either, I have 2). I have tried many different config files for it and different versions of CCcam, but stil no joy.
Can someone tell me the best CCam version to run for JSC Irdeto card and point me in the right direction of a working config file?

i am using oscam4856 with cccam 213 with no probs at all,
i am using a blackhole 1.4 image on a dreambox 800se
if you need help with configuration let me know

Can someone point me to a backup.img file with latest Open Pli, Oscam and CCcam for DM500S. When I try to load the latest Oscam file manually I get "Error installing package".
 
Can I delete File CCcam.providers in VAR/ETC as all it seems to be is an info list and I need more space in VAR to download Oscam?

Yes you can delete it, are you still having trouble with it ?
 
Lots of problems. I thought I would try new versions of everything. I downloaded the latest version of OpenPLi, the latest version of CCcam, but then when I tried to manually install via software management the latest Oscam it said insufficient memory in VAR. If I download the latest OpenPLi and don´t download the latest CCcam so there is enough room for Oscam I get an error when I try to manually install it.
 
If I have the file "oscam-svn8881-powerpc-tuxbox-old-webif-ssl-Distribution.tar.gz" which I believe is the latest Oscam for E1, can I use DCC to copy it to var_flash/bin. Delete Oscam_1.00. Rename the new file Oscam_1.00, change the attributes to the same as the old file. Would this then be running the latest Oscam?
 
Blimey its 05.29. Still not got anywhere! Not got any picture, but on card info instead of saying no or unsupported card it says Username: Sorry!. What does that mean?

Forget that Username Sorry! seems to being picked up from dialogue in /tmp/readme.tmp.

have you told oscam where to find the card (/dev/sci0) or whatever? Can you access the administration console ?

There is a web interface for oscam - I don't have access to my receiver from where I am at the moment so can't help you much but there are config options in oscam.server (??) that let you set the port and user info. You can thus view and tweak your configuration and view the logs by pointing your browser at IP_address_of_receiver:portNumber .

Is there not a MAXVAR version of OpenPLI you could install? I use PLI Jade3 MAXVAR on my box and it doesnt take up as much space on the box as the bog standard version
