Connecting DM8000 Wireless Connection

Hi

Can anyone help me do this. I am currently connected by Ethernet but no matter what I try I cannot connect using the integrated wireless connection. The box can find my router but that`s about it. I am also caused by the fact that although I have an integrated wireless option, I don`t know if I need to use a wlan dongle and if so what is the best one to use.

Have a look inside. It should already have a WiFi adaptor installed. The PCMCIA module is the silver square to the right of the hard disk (It's a plug-in unit similar to laptop modules) - the grey cable going down to the front of the receiver is the WiFi antenna.

It's possible that your box is one without the module, as I believe it is an up to the supplier whether one is installed (or used to be).
