Crazyscan differences?

1.8m Precision + PLL Bullseye, motorised but probably siezed now.
2 x Sky Zone 2 for 28/19/13°E

Something has been bugging me for ages and I can't find the answer to it. Some screengrabs of Crazyscan show signals that aren't locked but are complete with an SNR and NO LOCKED statement on the frequency indication line. Is this down to the card in use or CS version?

I've tried a few different versions including the latest 1.02.146 and with my Prof card I never see these NO LOCKED signals, if I manually scan a frequency too weak to lock I see a dBm reading but no SNR is shown.
 
I think it depends on the card chipset. TBS 6983 and 6903 can show NO LOCKED transponders in Crazyscan, 6925 and 5925 can't. Parameters of such transponders may be wrong though.
 
This stv0910 specific BLScan2 result when fec locked, but no stream lock (snr below minimum).
 
That explains that, thanks guys! Wished I'd asked sooner now lol
