60s pop star Crispian St Peters (real name Robin Peter Smith) died yesterday after a long illness.
Best known for his hits 'You Were On My Mind' in 1965 and 'Pied Piper' in 1966 he continued performing until 1999 when ill health forced him to retire. He suffered a strole in 1995 aged 56 and was chair bound for many years.
