1.25m offset dish for Astra 2 28deg. using Inverto Black Ultra 0.3 quad lnb, Amstrad Sky+ HD, 80cm dish for Hotbird, Sky Italia, Tivùsat, Lenovo Ideapad Z570, 10 mbits broadband.
My Location
Sunny Italy
Well guys, what a 24 hours I've just had.
A lightning strike took out my Sky + and Invacom twin lnb, plus a load of other stuff I won't bore you with!
Bottom line is I need some advice on where to buy a new Sky + (or maybe HD) box, delivery to Italy a priority. Maybe one of you guys have already sourced a box and can advise???
Please, if mentioning *bay as a source, advise the name of the chap you did business with. I never use *bay unless with a recommendation.

I cant recommend any suppliers,
But Sorry to hear about your equipment. I lost some equipment to lightning recently and it has cost me a packet.:( Its a real bummer.:O-no
 
I lost an LNB and receiver and TV, as well as cables a number of years ago due to lightening. Insurance company paid up without a quibble. Mind you it helped as the local paper reported that the school near to me was also hit.
