Hi can anyone please point me in the right direction I am trying to access a Hotbird channel using CW with Newcamd or Mgcam to no avail.

I am using a Gemni image with multi lnb setup.

I have ftp'd various todays keys from various sources to Var Keys/Scce but the cam always says using cw words and the channel is still scrambled

Any help would be appreciated

Which channels are you trying to view?
Remember that CW files normally last a few hours, a day at most.

No-one will pm you anyrthing - thats not how this forum works. Any links will be provided on the thread for the benefit of all our members (these MUST be none live links)

Or you could go and have a look through the Links list which is on the main menu.

You are wasting your time with Zee anyway - as far as I can tell they are correctly scrambled in Irdeto atm.

MGcamd should be fine provided you get the correct key files for that cam.

Try _satandream.com

There is a thread in the english language section where a member keeps an up to date bundle for use with CCcam and MGcamd. He normally has any channels available via CCW . He also maintains a running lists of whats open in the thread.

Most of the time, these available channels are no sooner discovered than they are locked down again.

To be honest, you've missed the boat as far as keys go. If you can, it might be worth pointing your dish at 1W. There is one package still open there, for how long is anyones guess, though it will be soon.

Missing the Boat (Regarding Keys)! That's so true, I think that era has passed ...
