An observation.

I right-clicked on one of the non-showing photographs to look at the properties. I then copied and pasted the URL of the photo. I was then invited to sign in to a Google account.

I normally run without being logged into any of my Google accounts. Maybe those who can see the photos are already logged in?

As you've posted them again it's too much work to muck around with the original post.
