Cyfra+ Card and subscription

My Satellite Setup
Satelite: Hotbird 13E and NSS6 95E
Receiver SuperMax 1x1 CX CI Master
Computer: Laptop Dell studio 1555
My Location
Kabul - Afghanistan
I have a supermax receiver model 1x1 CX CI master and 90 cm dish pointed to Hotbird 13E.

I want to have the Cyfra+ package Movie channels,sport and discovery in english audio.

What card i need to buy which work with my hardware where can I buy?

My receiver has on smart card, one common interface and a USB.

Can I buy it with master card?

Several of the forum advertisers sell Cyfra packages. No idea if they will ship to Afghanistan though.....

Cyfra transmits in Seca2 or Nagra3 so your receiver needs to be able to decode one of these encryptions. If not then you need a suitable cam for the receiver.
