1) Try different HDMI cable
2) Try different HDMI port on TV
3) Try tuning the image on TV and switch off all "enhancements"
4) Use a different TV to determine if the issue is with TV or satellite receiver
5) If the issue is the satellite receiver, return it

Perhaps the TV has a failing back set of LEDs
Do you have another box to connect to the HDMI port ?

I recognize this problem. I’ve had it before, too.
In my case, the issue was caused by playing HDR content on a display that didn’t support HDR.
If your recorder supports HDR but your TV doesn’t, see if you can turn off HDR on the recorder or adjust a “deep colors” setting somewhere.
