You cannot have the same IP addresses for different pieces of equipment on the same network
although difficult to be sure from your typing and absence of complete addresses and or missing fullstops.

your netmask appears to begin 253 instead of 255

the absence of fullstops makes it difficult to know what you have input

in communication setup you appear to be either specifying port 57 or have last IP as 157 not sure

Keep it simple
PC 192.168.0.1
dreambox 192.168.0.10
something else 192.168.0.20

If your network uses a modem router you may find that it hands out IP addresses dynamically above a certain number leaving about 30 or so of the lower ones available for devices that need fixed IPs such as printers and, oh yes, Dreamboxes. You'll have to look at the modem manual to find out I'm afraid.
