Decode Intel11 Skybrazil at 43.1 W

Is it possible to get the Sky Brazil channels on Intelsat 11 at 43.1°W. It says at lyngsat that the docoding is DVB and then under it says Videoguard. I have a Viewsat receiver. Would I be able to catch those channels.

Does a Viewsat receiver automatically decode DVB?
I know Videoguard is tough and can't be done. Any suggestions or answers.

DVB means its digital. (Rather than Pal analogue) The encryption is Videoguard.

Therefore if you want it you pay for it.
