Decoding Multivision

Hi everybody... i am a spanking newbie from middle east. I have purchased INTERSAT 3000CI , some obscure reciever, which i got converted to other reciever by loading new software SW made by vendor. I am able to watch XXL , and SPICE PLATINUM. i have the TPS AES keys, and i can go into the editor, to edit or enter the new keys by remote control(HEX KEYS) the problem is...
i am not able to view MULTIVISION after entering the keys.
any solution to the above problem...
satellite veterans... pls help..
