Decommissioning TV Centre

I would love to get in on that, a lot to be learned from it.

That was always the plan, though I wouldn't be setting it up till next year...

It will probably be next year when I get round to installing mine C/J, just looking at the 6.3 I do have the room for it:D but I don't think I would get planning permission

I wonder how much it would cost to ship one of those 9.3m ones to Finland. Would be quite ironic if it was then used to get the BBC... :-lmao

Of course! That's what needs to go on my CM... Forget the ASC lightning. BBC it has to be.

Lot 69: Can't get my head around the depth of the dish when comparing pic1 with 3/4. It seems impossibly flat in in the pics showing the face, whereas pics showing the supporting arms indicate a deep dish... lense abberations or what??

Lot 64: This isn't really pointing at anything, is it?
If something, it's pointing straight into the back of the 11m Weston (i think it is).
And there seems to be a green pipe sticking into the dish reception cone...

That's a Prodelin.
In fact, you can see the back of it in lot 64 pic 5, the ribbing clearly makes it a Prodelin 1.8.
Not sure why the auction people got it wrong.
Nice dish, nevertheless. Ask RimanTSS, he has two (!)
