Bought this to use as a CCTV NVR but ended up using a normal sized PC as I couldn't get a big enough drive in 2.5"

CPU: Intel i5 7500T Kaby Lake
RAM: 8GB DDR4
Storage: 256GB SSD
Wifi/Bluetooth
USB C & USB 3.1
3 Monitor outputs, HDMI, Display Port, VGA

Would be perfect as a HTPC or to plug USB tuners in

£350 shipped including fees etc, collection possible from South Wales

No it's absolutely tiny, palm of hand size.
There are mini pcie like laptop style things inside, it can take a mini pcie card or m.2 sata.
