Advice Needed Delsat dsr 5500 Password

Hello guys. I recently came into possession of a Delsat DSR 5500. The problem is that it is locked by password and I cant even run anything like installation or Parental control. I have tried everything and searched everywhere but I can't seem to find my way around this. I am also new to all this digital receivers. If there is anyone that can let me know what i can do I will really appreciate.
