Demand 5 Streaming problems

We are experiencing problems streaming Demand 5 on our Samsung smart TV, Laptop and also iPad, its constantly buffering, the sound will stop but the video continues yet all the adverts stream fine ! Our broadband speed is pretty good and we have no issues when using iPlayer even streaming in HD quality. Is this a bug with demand 5 or is something wrong at my end?
