diablo newbee bin files

just got my brand new diablo cam so im completely green .from what i can make out you boys know your stuff unlike myself .just a couple of questions ,do i use the latest underworld file 1.45 and do i use bin files and keys etc .sorry if this post is wrong but i am trying to feel my way around so please accept my apologies if i seem stupid

At the moment just load the latest underworld file, which is underworld 145, as Sexview, which the last data bin file was for, is currently down.
