difference between XCAM loader & MM or MR loader board?

I search for a while but i cannot find the difference between a XCAM loader board and a Magic Module or MR loader board.
On the picture they look same.
Can you expain how to modify a MM loader in a Xcam loader or have you schematics of it

Not sure whether they can be modified, whilst looking similar outwardly, they may be quite different.
