Apart from a slight difference in the input frequencies and input level, they look identical. But there must be something different, maybe the accu one is more accurate.

Pro
Input frequency: 2 x 950-2200 MHz.
Input level: 20-100 dBuV.
So the Accu has a smaller measurement range but it could give more accurate readings.
