Difference in softcam key

Hi guys

What's the difference between softcam keys for certain receivers?

For example, the encryption system starting with I and rhyming with Lerdeto in the generic sofcam.key files have a 32 byte key but for the Clark Tech one it appears to be 16 bytes.

Why is it and is there a way to convert between them?

Also, what's the relevance of the "Slot x" sections in the files?
