Diffrence in Signal between Invocom SNF-031(Single) & QTF-031(Quatro) ?

Hi,

Is there any signal difference between Invocom

SNF-031(Single) & QTF-031(Quatro)

As written SNF-031(Single) is a Single output LNB

And QTF-031(Quatro) is a Qyatro LNB , but the main point is, is the signal of both LNB same or we should Prefer Quatro for Fringe reception.

Are you sure you don't mean the Quad LNB QDF-031? The Quattro needs to be used with a multiswitch and is designed for a multi-dwelling installation.

For some reason the Invacom Quad seems to be better than the single LNB for fringe reception. No-one knows why that should be.

Yes Paul thats correct about Quattro.

But my only Concern is which Invocom C-120 LNB performs better Single,Quad or Quattro or Twin.
 
Quad QDF-031 performs better

see my measurements on same transpoder using different LNBs, just check figures.

test were conducted in same conditions, just LNBs were exchanged, so you can get direct comparison in figures.
 
Although I have no test results to refer to I would be surpised if a Quattro would perfom as well as a Quad as it has to used with a multiswitch. The multiswitch will introduce its own losses and raise the noise floor so, to my mind, it CAN'T perform as well a Quad.

Yaa yunnowho the reports shows that Quad one is really better than its Single LNB..

So I think I should also try the same Quad one for my Test.

But are you shore this test is not Bias.
