My Telestar Digibit R1 stopped working all of a sudden, when I checked it (in attic) it was emitting a high pitched noise near the power input. I opened it up and replaced the 3 capacitors near the power supply input and it's back in action! Happy days, always knew the capacitor pack from Amazon would come in handy 
The capacitors used in the R1 and the other Inverto IDL-400s/Grundig GSS.BOX units seem to be very cheap
