i have the cabel

but i dont know how :/

i want to update more canal's

hey guys i am back again listen pls help me i speak english ..

i have installed the programm
and then i dontk now HOW TO TRANSFER > send to the magicfinder

i try but nothing
pls help me on this

i have magic finder the digital satlock ok...
so i want to update it

and i have the "Cable"
i tried the programm on this site

ok its easy but then there is no button or something so it can connect to the Magic Finder and update it

what should i do?

Have you tried contacting your supplier ? (assuming he is not English)

Otherwise one of the distributors of the kit in a country near you may have some useful info

why should i contact my supplier..

i live in germany and he is in Greece
so what can i do ?
 
The guy you bought it from should know how to update the unit. Most units which update via RS232, simply require to be switched on once the editor program on the PC is put into transmit mode.
 
the guy where i bought , told me to go to magicfinder .de site and downlaod the programm

so i did but still there is not guide to transfer channels.
 
So much for his after sales service then, he is the one that should be giving you support on this not fobbing you off to another website

i have nothing to do with the guy who sold it to m.e cus he told me to visit magicfinder . de
 
I have looked at magicfinder . de and I cannot find any help there. There is software available which might have a Help file but I am not prepared to install it just to find out.

I suggest you return to your supplier and ask VERY STRONGLY for help from him. He has a moral obligation to provide support and possibly, depending on the country, a legal one as well.
