I hope I can find an answer to my question:
I have a Strong receiver and I want to watch Discovery channel and National Geographic Channel in English language.

Can you 0please tell mewhat to do.

That depends what satellites you have access to and therefore what encryptions are used. For example, if you are watching via Sky UK then you pay a subscription - end of story
 
UPC package has them, but you require a VR3 card or Joker card, these will work with some of the multicams, or a Cryptoworks CAM.

Only with the above cards, but will work in the card slot.

I get 4 discovery channels from Hotbird (discovery - science - civilisations - can't remember the 4th) :) from the Italian Sky package. They all carry an english audio track, so you can watch all programmes in English.
I have a dreambox, which opens the channels by using a softcam (newcamd in my case).
 
Sky italia is the correct answer. You can switch the language to english. I know the Dragon CAM supports the encryption to get these channels.
 
Discovery Channel and National Geographic are only available via Hotbird and Sky Italia? I cannot view them with SkyStar2 using the latest keys and ProgDVB (with Yankse plugin).

I generally have problems viewing channels encrypted with Seca encryption system. In Yankse it the field of the key it says: 0D and there's no image.. It does not make any sense, I can see most of the Viaccess channels but I have problem in almost any Seca encrypted channels. Do I need any other plugins?

Some viewers work better than others I've found. S2emu V1.1.4.0 will do it in ProgDVB but doesn't work in MyTheatre V2.76. CAPI V0.86(?) does though.

Y@nkse is a bit old-hat now, although it does still do a bit I believe.

You will also need all the S2 files that were last released with S2emu V1.1.2.0 IIRC.

Seing as this thread is over 6 months old, and that member hasnt been active on the forum since August, the chances of you getting a reply are remote.
 
The only real chance is if you have access to the Hispasat satellite, and since you are in Asia, the chances are very remote.
 
You can watch these two channels and Digiturk complete package on Eutelsat 7.0 east by using OPOS 1.5 files. Digiturk is hacked. Some Hotbird
cryptoworks encrypted channels are also working on OPOS 1.5

You have to write these files to card first.
