Discovery HD on Turksat (42 east) - Can anyone receive it?

Hi,

On the kingofsat htv list, I see that Discovery HD on 42 east (Turksat 3C) is in the clear.

Using my Humax HDCI-2000 I can get other channels on that satellite such as TV 8, but cannot receive Discovery HD?

Has anyone been able to confirm this works, and is there a setting I need to adjust on my Humax?

Its on the 42E eastern beam. Theres no chance whatsoever of getting it in the uk on any hobby sized dish

Thanks for that. I have a 1m dish, and wondered if it was signal strength, and also noticed the eastern beam thing, but didn't know what that mean't.

Thanks for clarifying that, and saving me further hours of frustration.

You would be looking at something around a 5m dish at least for the east beam channels.
