Hi guys.
Just wanting a bit of advice. Just bought myself a DM800 (upgraded from a 500s) and I'm having problems with lnb switching, which wasn't a problem with the 500s. My setup is two dishes with one lnb for each (one sky uk, one hotbird 13e). With my 500s I could view channels on both satellites by connecting the lnbs separately to the lnb input on the satellite box. This meant I had to connect the lnb corresponding to the satellite I wanted to view separately each time (e.g. I could only watch the sky uk channels if I had the sky uk lnb connected and vice versa). Since I've had the DM800, I've had trouble doing this as it doesn't recognise when I've switched the lnbs around and won't let me acess the channels to the other satellite. The only way I've got round this is by going into setup, service searching, tuner configuration, and then switching the satellite, but this is very tedious! Do you guys this a DisEqc would be a better solution, and if so, which one would you suggest?
Thanks in advance,
Richard
