From Baghdad you will need a very big dish,

38 dBW = a dish size of 190-240 cm so for 15 dBW you will need something over 500cm.

My Satellite Setup
OpenBox X5 on a 1 meter motorized dish.
And now a 10 foot "C" band dish.

You can also go to "satbeams.com" and select the satellite your trying for, then click on the little green globe at the right of the listing, this will bring up a foot print map for that satellite, if you then click on your location, (you can zoom in)(you may need to select the correct beam first) it will give you an estimated dish size needed for a stable picture, at your location for that bird.

Thx. dear .. but all the charts I've found down ends with 32 db with assumption the lnb is 0.6 or more ... therefore I asked what about the sizes if the inb is 0.2 is there any chart related to that number ??

thanks very much .. I've tried "Satbeams" . unfortunately that details you mentioned didn't appear in fringe areas :(

A change of noise figure is going to make virtually no difference.
There is also no such device that provides a noise figure under 0.3dB, it is a marketing ploy only.

.
I dont know .. but what about that ??
there is an extra 180 cm for the same 35 dbw with the difference of lnb low noise , I dunno if I got it right or not !

LNB Noise Figures are somewhat arbitrary: Even if a particular device did meet a figure of 0.1dB, it would apply only to a very narrow part of Ku Band.

The frequency vs. NF plot is not exactly flat - far from it. Don't fall for the advertising hype.

Yes
And no, you haven't got it right.
That chart does not mention 0.1 dB or anything like it
Where did you get it from as it looks like something from the 90's, or a rough C band conversion from Kelvin

What satellite(s) are you trying for?? If its above your visible horizon you should be able to get something if it's a hemisphere wide beam, but a spot beam may be out of the question.

Now with a very big dish you could get some signals from side scatter off the antenna shields, it all depends on the satellite, beam and how big a dish you can afford.
