Dish, lnb or digi box

I have lost a few of my channels eg Ch5 Sky sports 1 to 5 and others. The rest are all ok bbc Itv etc. Can you tell me how to check what the problem may be. Doing a normal strength quality test all is ok. The message received on the problem Chs is tech prob or no signal being received 28 or 30.

I had a similar problem last week where as I lost channel 4 5 bbc3 4 and Itv 2,
I swapped the lnb and rescanned and this cured it, if you have a spare one its worth trying
