dish size needed 4 bskyb in Greece

Hi all,
I want to pick up sky here in Greece and have bin told a 1.2m dish will b ok Iam on lesvos Island and would like to know if anybody else in Greece is picking sky up ok with this size dish. Thanks for any help.

If you want the BBC & ITV channels plus anything else that transmits on Astra 2D you are looking at a 3-4m diameter dish minimum.

In Lesvos in order to pick up the majority of sky (no bbc or itv channels) with minor freezing between 14:00-15:30 on some difficult frequencies you need a good quality very well tuned 1.85 m


Everything else is impossible to get for les than 5 meters.....
