dishpointer pro for android???

hi just ordered an android phone and just wondered where i could get the dishpointer pro app for this android,and do you have to download it on the phone itself thanks guys

Nope, haven't tried it I'm afraid, as I don't have an Android or iPhone, but those on here who have tried it with the iPhone find it useful.
I think you probably download straight to your phone.

G'Day, on the Android link it through your computer via wireless, then go to "market" and you can download it from there. Also of use is GPS Test from Chartcross as it has a digital compass and other little bits that will help.
Makes life very easy to see where you might have to put a dish.

Just how accurate is the gps in these phones? If it is inaccurate then the app might give suspect results.
If they are accurate then I would certainly consider getting an Android phone, as this could save a lot of time on some installs.
If not then the money might be better spent toward a new meter or even toward some better ladders!

im happy with mine but then again im not a pro installer,i used mine on a tmobile pulse,really is an amazing phone
