Display 16:9 screen is offset horizontally.. help

Hi,

I'm a new user of the Dreambox 500s. After installing it on my 46 inch sony tv, I noticed that the screen is cut out from the bottom.. Whenever there's a show with some translation at the bottom, I barely see the tip of the translation text.. Everything seems to be offseted horizontally down.
I tried playing with the settings and I set my display resolution (on dreambox to 16:9) and nothing.

I also noted that all channels come as a Square box on my tv set.. Not one channel take the whole 16:9 even though I changed the setting to 16:9.

Any help would be much appreciated.

On the 'square' issue, this will be because the feed is in the old 4:3 format, you can force it into 16:9 in the settings somewhere. On my DM500 there is no such option about 4:3 as there is on the DM800 however it's set to 16:9 and displays all programs in 16:9. :)

The issue could be with the TV settings? Make sure it's set to 16:9 widescreen or letterbox too :)
