How to enter a 32 character viaccess, irdeto, or nagravision 32 character key if my receiver (hexadecimal) accepts only 16 characters.
For example if the provider is ******(6 characters), id:0A key: 32 characters.

If instead the id is two digits(id:08) how to enter the key.:confused

Keys are usually 32 characters but sometimes are entered in two lines, e.g. if the key is 00 then the first 16 go into 00-0 and the second into 00-1, depending on your satellite equipment.
Some equipment requires you to enter the keys in decimal format, 3 numbers, others you can enter in Hexadecimal format, characters consisting of letters A-E and/or numbers 0-9.
Without knowing your receiver, or other satellite equipment, it is impossible to help you further except by mentioning that very little is opening, at the moment, and the keys might be of no use anyway.
