Berkshire
I'm presuming that you mean tools related to the alignment and not mounting MB, so really a portable TV with a long aerial lead and a compass to find a rough direction should suffice. All you then need to do is set your sat receiver to search mode on a tranponder with a clear channel and observe the Signal and Quality bars while you slowly move the dish.

I am gonna use a skystar2 rather than a reciever, that shouldnt make a difference (with the correct software) should it.

I am just a little concerned over accuracy.

And i wasnt sure if i needed to align vertically and horizontally?
