DM 500s no signal reception

Dear Forum friends, I ask to help me because I have a DM500S and since I bought it does not track the satellite, is always zero rates, as if disconnected from theantenna, which would be the reason, please know if someone helps me THANKSTO ALL WHO HELPED ME.

No-one can possibly give you a sensible answer as you havent given even the basic info we would need to start helping you

For starters here are 3 questions of about 30 we need answering

Is the dish fixed or motorised
does it work with other receivers,
has it ever worked with the 500

A faulty LNB can give no signal at all at the receiver.

A faulty receiver can give no signal at all at the receiver

A faulty cable can give no signal at all at the receiver.

A misaligned dish, will give signal, but no quality.
