hi all i'm new to this site and the 500s so hope someone can help. my remote keeps freezing if it's not used for 30 seconds or so, i have to unplug the box leave it a few minutes then swich it back on for the remote to work again but after 30 seconds or so it freezes again has anyone had this problem,or any ideas how to fix it. thanks very much.
