dm500 bouquet problem

Hi all im wondering if anyone can help me , ive tried several bouquets of this forum and other made up bouquets.
The problem i have is bbc1 bbc2 itv 2, iitv 3 itv 4 and a few other fta channels wont display for some reason ,, the same channels work on my vu duo but wont work on this box for some reason . any ideas guys ??
 
Some idea of your location might help ................ although if you are getting 2D on the Duo, I guess I'm barking up the wrong potential tree!
 
The IP resolves to north eastern UK. Can you fuill your location in properly stupac - nearest big town will do in the UK.

Try deleting the affected channels & rescanning the affected frequencies. Even allowing for the not terribly good tuners in DB's & clones you shouldnt have problems in the UK unless its a clone & an exceptionally poor one..
