DM500 keeps Rebooting after power failure

Hello!

I have two DM500S's, the other one is working just fine but one of them is already getting on my nerves as after each power failure it starts locking up and rebooting by it self, it stays on stable for about 5 minutes at first but then locks up and after a while reboots by itself. If I let it stay on, after a while the rebooting happens almost immediately after the image loads up.
I'm using Nabilo, but I have tried Gemini as well and the problem remains. Usually just a reflashing fixes this... until the next power failure.

Is there any known fix for this, or should I just dump this DM500S?
 
Pop the top off the wonky one and see if there are any bulging capacitors around the power supply area.

(keep your fingers well clear!)
 
All caps seem just fine and healthy. Measured the voltages as well. A nice and stable 12v are getting in, so I dont think the problem is there.
