DM500 remote not working ?

Hi.

I have a remote control from a DM500 that is not working ? The IR are OK, but the box does not react. When i use a remote from DM600, the DM500 box react just fine ?

Anyone ?
 
switch on AM radio tuner and point remote @it ,(up close)if it is emitting a signal you should hear a clicking on the radio.Check IR diode for dry solder joints.
 
hello, sometimes the remote eather the quartz goes bad or the ir emmiter needs soldering or both. open up the remote and look at the ir diode that sends the signal.it it il loose sold it and the cristal ralph
