DM500s and enigma2

My Location

In /var/keys I have some files, like camd3.config, camd3.keys,camd3.map, eep120.bin and rom120.bin, that I can see using the DCC by BernyR, using the DM connected to a router and to a PC.

But when I try it on the TV I see only 2 files:- eep120.bin and rom120.bin.

Why???

Is because I am using enigma2?

I didn't think DM500 supported Enigma 2- what image are you using?

I am using this software version:

PB enigma is Power board Enigma which is an e1 image, that clears that up.

Can you explain further as to what this statement means ? :confused:
 
If its anything like cccam i found that you have to use the files that are installed when you download the emu.

I found with Powerboard Enigma v0.3 that if i tried to use the cccam.cfg file that worked in another image it wouldn't work under Powerboard.

If i just copied the required info from the other images cfg file into the one that loaded with the emu then it would work fine.

Don't know if this is a similar thing but you have nothing to lose by trying it :D

I speak about the tree directory of dm500s.
we can access it by DCC -on PC of course-or by the remote on the TV.
But we get diferent information.
Why?
