i have a problem i hope someone can help me with

i have a dm7020Si using gemini 0470 i think and cccam 2.1.4

when i watch canal digital there is absolut no problems on viasat it freezes alot like 10- 15times in just 1 hour for about 10-30 seconds and then the picture comes back:mad:

i have tried reinstalling everything

can anyone help me how to correct this problem i have been like this since day 1
it just never got to send it back and now it is 2-3 yesrs old
 
Well theres your problem.

Its a slow key/emm update on the NDS Videoguard encryption.

If you want perfect reception then buy a proper subscription.
 
the weird thing is i have a original card as well and i have same problem with the original card though iam not sure i have done the setup correct
