DM800 Astra 1 & 2 Settings problem

Hi Guys,
Having bought my DM800 on Saturday & spending every free minute trying to get the the thing to work i have come up against one last problem which i dont seem to be able to solve or find the right answer too using the search function or google!!! Maybe it is however that i am at the point ot of turning it into a Flying Dream as it close to exiting thru the window!!!!)(-red
So my settings:
Gemini2 470
Astra1 (A) snr 86%, Agc99%
Astra2 ( snr 72%, Agc99%
Configuration:
Config.Mode: Simple
Mode: DiSEqC A/B
Port A: Astra1 19.2
Port B: Astra2 28.2
Set voltage & 22KHz: Yes
Send DiSEQC only on sat change: No
Tone Amplitude : 800mV

Now to the problem.)(-red The setup as above & scan run ok. All channels are there that should be. However when i try to edit them using DreamBoxEdit, everything goes ok till i resend them to the box. At this point my lists are partly removed or dont make it back to the box. The box is in my network & all network checks confirm this. Has anyone else this problem??? Can anyone help??? Or have i missed something small in the setup & config to all you to edit the channel lists & settings???
