dm800 wlan encryption not supported????

Hi guys got an asus wl-167g to make my dm800 wireless but here is the problem, okay i connected the adapter to it and it recognizes it, i input my password, everything seems ok can see its onto my network but when i check the wlan status option, shows everything ok but accept it says encryption not supported so just will not work? Any ideas on this? my wireless encryption is wpa-psk

Try changing the encryption to WEP on your router.

was thinking that, but looking at the box it says it accepts wpa-psk.

No idea mate. I can answer more or less most things to do with Satellite, but networking is another thing.

Mine are all hardwired so i don't have that issue
