hi,

i'm hoping you can help me with a tuner issue, i have installed 2 x additional s2 tuners (new just out dmm version 2 s2 tuners, not alps tuners). installed them fine switched the 8000 on and it froze up, got it going by holding the power button etc, the problem now is that when I go to set up the additional tuners they are not appearing in slots 3 and 4? I have tried restarting the 8000 but to no avail. my mate usually helps with my dreambox problems but he is stumped. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Re-flashed dreambox, sorted - feel a right numpty...

i had a plan to put a dm8000 in both my living room and one in my dining room, both fed from a multi swith (wave tordial fed) with perminent access to 28,19,13 and 0.8 for recording films etc, then 2 x additional tuners in each feeding off from my andrews 1.2 motorised to get feeds / occasional prem footy games. i now realise that it is totally overkill but the dishes are up and the wave wired to the multi switch, this saturday is completing the andrews although it has been on the wall a while and is semi wired up. i just got ***a* working with de blackhole 1.3.3 but i'm not that keen, does any one have a better image link?
