Hi Guys,
So, as you may have read, I bought a DM800HD from SMS UK. Its been great and I really like it. However I have had a couple of issues, and considering I bought it from a original reseller (the box is original), I have had some issues which are concerning me.
1) OLED disappears?
2) Booting sometimes takes forever or just hangs (Yes I have reflashed - using openpli)
3)Only once I pulled the plug and the box did show no signs of life except the lan (which I could access (so I managed to reflash)
4) Once it was booting and the red led was flashing?
These are some issues etc... When the OLED disappeard, my shares seem to continue just fine, I could ssh onto the box and even get cccam info.
Should I be worried? Should I ask for a new box from the reseller etc...
