Do I need a twin tuner receiver or is there any low cost options?

My Satellite Setup
1m motorized dish
DM500 FortecStar FSIR5400 DM500HD DM800.
My Location
Tripoli, Libay, the former rogue state capital
Landlord just set up a decent 3 dish system, which gives me very good signals of 7W, 13E and 28E that I could never get with my small motorized dish at my location.
Problem is I would still like to receive 9E, 19E and more with my own dish, yet do not know how to hook them up and take advantage of these two dish systems at the same time.
I want to use my DM500HD and DM800 clone in my two separate places, so the solution to use them for 1 TV is not an option. Or I can buy a new twin tuner receiver which is the least economical.
Or is there a way to successfully combine these 2 signal sources into one receiver somehow?

I would really like to hear your suggestions. Thanks.

The fourth DiSEqC port on the apartment system should allow you one further connection, but as to where it might be......

Thanks. I thought of that too, but I guess I will have difficulty getting in the building's electricity room.
Maybe I have no other choice but to invest in a twin tuner receiver.
