My Satellite Setup
Laminas 1.2M fibre dish with an IBU, on a Clarke Tech USALS motor, covering 57E - 24.5W to an Octagon SX88. Displayed on a 20" Dyon LED TV.

Seperate 80 cm dish on 28E with a Humax Freesat for SWMBO.
Free Sat V8 meter. Sony Bravia 46" LCD, Sony BluRay and Home Cinema.

I've decided to upgrade to the Gibertini XP Premium 1M (zeigelrot!), which I'll order from the same German source where I purchased my Vantage HD receiver.

However, I was checking on prices from French suppliers and came across this listing of a Channel Master 1.2M and 1M, the photo of which looks a little strange.

Did or does the CM have a Gregorian reflector on the lnb arm? (I might be wrong with that description!) I have never seen a photo of this dish with such an arrangement, is the photo incorrect or just out of date??:confused:

What information is your link supposed to go convey??
 
That looks like the CM (or ASC Signal) 2.4 type approved VSAT dish (transmit & receive), which does have a subreflector.
I'm sure the 1m or 1.2m RO dishes don't have subreflectors as advertised on that website..

Yeo I can get there that way and the URL is correct however I do not get that page display when pasting in the url, most odd

That's okay Topper. I don't really speak enough French to instigate whatever the French equivalent of Trading Standards is but I feel that the CM's illustrated are very misleading.

I have an idea that the CM's as seen in the photo's would be a darn site more expensive!!
