Cerebro Card. Infinity USB Phonix. Dragon Cam v4.1 w/Firecrypt & Loader Card.

Does Viva Polska still exist FTA on hotbird. The polish version of Viva. The reason I ask is that my nokia9800 cannot pick it up. Have done a full scan and manual scan. Is it I have a 80cm dish?
